Ambition
- A single model depicting the enterprise ecosystem, key actors, experience and tasks, strategic goals and internal processes and assets.
- A way to prioritize digital projects and align efforts towards one experience
Activities
- We supported the client in mapping a multi-stakeholder environment
- In workshops, research and co-design we created models of the current, intermediate and future states. Starting from sketches and lists, we switched to an ArchiMate modelling tool to map and connect the different models
- This helped generate a shared vision to engage key actors using digital channels
Impact
- An integrated approach to digital strategy and actor experience
- A new system of websites that increased task completion and brand awareness amongst actors
