Alexandre is Service Design Director at Hiveworks. He oversees Service Design projects for all French clients. He is in charge or experts in Service Design, User Experience, Visual Design, Research and Business Analysis. Alexandre has 14 years of experience in building user interfaces, i.e. the contact point between two systems such as people, program or process. With a background in communications technologies, graphics, and a long experience in facilitation technics, Alexandre creates user interfaces taking into consideration business, communication, and IT requirements, with a focus on user needs, pain points, and experience. Alexandre has a rich experience in big corporation (Orange, New York Time, Dom Pérignon, SNCF, BPCE, Schneider Electric … ) as much as with small start up. For 4 years he has been teaching UX at Université Paris Est, Strate College, EFAP, Numa and Laptop.
